We look at properties objectively and style creatively, with the target demographic front of mind.  When styling a property to sell, there are also specific considerations for traffic flows during open house inspections, as well as angles for photography.

We incorporate high-end materials such as brass, marble, linen and velvet, with all items thoughtfully sourced and considered.  Artwork plays a pivotal role in creating connections in the space and we love to work with Australian artists to install breath-taking pieces.

 

Here's how we'll work with you

Initial contact: Discuss your property, styling direction and target demographic, budget and timeline to market 

Site visit: Meet you and see your property particulars, and take any required photos and measurements 

Quote: Present a formal proposal to outline styling costs, installation and anticipated removal dates, plus the usual t&c's 

Installation: Access the property and then it's time for us to roll up our sleeves and do what we do best  

Photography: Be on hand for agent photography to make any adjustments to achieve the perfect photographs of your property 

Refresh: Revisit the property during the course of the sales campaign to ensure it is continuing to look its absolute best  

Removal: Remove items on completion of your campaign, unless of course you or your new owner wish to purchase any items.
